Dame Dash has recently moved and announced his purchase of a large ranch. The co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records is now residing in Wyoming, seeking a different pace of life. In a livestream, Dash shared the inspiration behind his new real estate venture.

Growing up in Harlem, Dash expressed a desire to explore different lifestyles firsthand to determine his preferences. A visit with Kanye West, who also owns property in Wyoming, played a significant role in Dash’s decision to embrace ranch life.

The new property, named the “Dusko Ranch,” spans 25 acres and includes cabins and horses. Dash mentioned that the rugged terrain and cowboy lifestyle inspired him.

Finding solace and clarity in the serene backdrop of Wyoming, Dash highlighted the therapeutic aspect of his ranch experience, stating that it has improved his quality of life.

In other news, Dash is selling a third of his shares in Roc-A-Fella Records for $1.2 million to settle a debt resulting from a civil judgment against him for copyright infringement and defamation related to the film “Dear Frank.” The auction, scheduled for August 29 in Manhattan, will include Dash’s most valuable asset, JAY-Z’s “Reasonable Doubt.”
