Fabolous Arrested After Domestic Violence Allegation
It looks like Fabolous got into some serious trouble after he was accused of assaulting his longtime girlfriend Emily B.
On Wednesday night (March 28), the “Stacks Up” rapper was reportedly arrested after allegedly assaulting girlfriend and former Love and Hip-Hop star, Emily Bustamante, as TMZ reports. It is reported that Bustamante called authorities on Fab after he allegedly put his hands on her. Not long after the incident occurred, Fabolous turned himself into Englewood, N.J. Police with his attorney. According to TMZ, the Brooklyn native did not spend any time behind bars, but was cited for the incident and given a ticket for his court appearance. “I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct,” the rappers attorney, Alberto Ebanks told Billboard.
Fabolous, who has yet to comment on the alleged incident, reacted to his arrest on Instagram with a post. “2018 tryna break my heart,” he wrote along with a broken heart emoji.
Fabolous and Emily have two children together, 2-year-old Jonas and 10-year-old Johan. Bustamante, also known as Emily B, is known for her role on the VH1 hit show Love and Hip Hop: New York and for work in the fashion industry. As for Fab, the rapper released a collaborative album with Jadakiss titled “Friday on Elm Street.” The project also features artist like Future, Swizz Beatz, French Montana and Teyana Taylor.
