Drake finally dropped the visuals for his chart-topping single “God’s Plan” showcasing all the wealth he spread with the residents of Miami.
“The budget for this video was $996,631.90,” reads the opening message at the start of the video. “We gave it all away. Don’t tell the label.” Directed by Karena Evans and produced by Director X, the video documents the several recent acts of charity from Drake, Including the $50,000 scholarship he awarded a student from the University of Miami.
In the video, the Canadian rapper is seen at a local grocery store where is paid for everyone’s groceries, giving out wads of cash to families, giving away brand new vehicles, and making generous donations to schools, the Miami Fire Department, and a women’s homeless shelter. Along with his charitable work, Drizzy is seen in the video hanging out at a local youth center, a Miami high school, and partying with a crowd of students at the University of Miami.
In an Instagram post, Drake called the visuals for his video “the most important thing I have ever done in my career,”
