Check Out Teyana Taylor and Baby Junie Star in Kids Foot Locker Miniseries

Kids Foot Locker kicked off a new series entitled “Generations” set to show their passion for sneaker culture. Following the relationships between adults and children in New York and Los Angeles, the series will highlight their common love for sneakers. The first video to kick off the series features star musician, choreographer, entrepreneur, and mother Teyana Taylor.

The first installment of the series featured Taylor instructing a group of young girls in a dance lesson. In the video, she uses the opportunity to inspire the next generation – speaking about her love for dance, sharing the keys to success as a performing artist, and sharing stories about her daughter Junie.

“I’m thrilled any time I have the opportunity to interact with and inspire young girls. Passing on my knowledge and sharing common bonds is so critical to the next generation’s success,” Taylor said in a statement. “Kids Foot Locker knows that one generation inspires the next, and sneaker culture is a huge part of that. My daughter Junie already loves fashion and her Reebok Classics, just like her mom.”

Created by MOFILM, the “Generation” series will debut one video per week for six weeks. The videos follow the relationships between parent and child, coach and player, and a full family – with each chronicling their lives and shared love and fascination of sneaker culture.

“Sneaker culture is a common interest for so many people, from young to old and everyday families to stars like Teyana Taylor,” VP and GM for Kids Foot Locker Chris Santaella said. “Kids Foot Locker knows the back-to-school time period is one of the most critical times of year for parents and kids to share in this bond, and we make sure Kids Foot Locker offers the hottest sneakers, apparel and accessories to support that.”
