Kanye West Reportedly Hospitalized In Los Angeles
Kanye West was reportedly hospitalized just hours after canceling the remaining shows on his Saint Pablo Tour.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a “medical welfare” call involving the rapper around 1 p.m at the home of his personal trainer Harley Pasternak’. The paramedics at the scene decided to hospitalize West for “his own health and safety.” Sources told the site that Yeezy refused to go voluntarily initially and ended up being handcuffed to the gurney as part of standard protocol.
Many began questioning West’s mental health after a series of bizarre incidents at his last few Saint Pablo Tour shows. The 39-year-old was booed during a show in San Jose when he told fans that he would have voted from Trump –if he had voted– and outraged fans again when he abruptly ended his Sacramento concert after performing 2 songs just two nights later.
West cancelled his show in Los Angeles the next night before canceling the rest of the North American leg of his tour altogether. Neither West or his team provided a reason for the cancellation.
Sources say West is being treated for exhaustion and severe sleep deprivation.
