Beyonce’s Fans Target Rita Ora as Latest ‘Becky with the Good Hair’

Another day, another messy chapter in the drama that Beyonce’s latest album, Lemonade, has caused.

Fans have been trying their hardest to figure out the identity of the “Becky with the good hair” that Beyonce references in her song “Sorry,” first attacking designer Rachel Roy’s social media pages for a photo she posted which seemingly implicated her. Now, thanks to an interesting Snapchat, it’s singer Rita Ora’s turn to get stung by the Beyhive.

The singer, like Roy, has come under attack for her relationship with Jay Z in the past, most recently for a photo of her getting uncomfortably close with him at the 2015 Met Gala (also the location of the infamous elevator incident between Jay and Solange). Now fans feel that the singer has outed herself as “Becky with the good hair”, thanks to a Snapchat photo of Ora sporting a bathing suit top decorated with lemons, and rocking a necklace with a J on it (which is actually her R necklace flipped backwards).

The Beyhive has wasted no time giving her the same treatment Rachel Roy has been receiving, and Ora has seemingly fanned the flame by posting a photo of the movie poster for Ash Wednesday, the 1973 film starring Elizabeth Taylor about a middle-aged woman who undergoes plastic surgery to save her failing marriage.

She’s also been spotted out and about rocking the same outfit Bey wore in her “Formation” video.

We’re sure this story will continue to unfold…and it seems that any woman with “good hair” who has had interaction with Jay Z should just lock down their social media until this Becky storm passes.
