Protesters at a Donald Trump rally in Chicago chanted the lyrics from Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” after it was postponed due to safety concerns after his supporters and protesters showed up on the University of Illinois campus.

Lamar’s 2015 hit has turned into an anthem for Black Lives Matter protesters and has now made its way to the election trail.
The front runner for the republican presidential nomination has previously shrugged off the tension surrounding his campaign as “anger in the country.” He contributed to his naiveté by saying he doesn’t think he is the problem. “I don’t think it’s anything to do with me, it’s just what’s been going on for years.”
There were reportedly thousands of people were outside of the UIC Pavilion as the situation took place. It was reportedly the largest organized protest that Trump’s campaign has faced.
Violence also erupted at the rally. Five arrests were made, two officers and two civilians were injured.
