Beyonce to Release New Album in April
In the past 3 weeks, Beyonce has blessed us with an amazing new song, a powerful music video and a world tour. While all of that is enough to calm the beyhive for a while, it looks like Queen Bey has saved her biggest surprise for last.
According to a new report from HITS Daily Double, the singer’s highly-anticipated album, her final project for Sony Music, will arrive in April. HITS is also reporting the Beyonce is close to inking a new multi-album deal with Sony Music.
The April release date would coincide with the launch of her “Formation World Tour,” which begins April 27 at Marlins Field in Miami.
While the tour is still a couple months away, Bey is selling out venues across the globe including two New York shows and two London shows. Nearly one million tickets have been sold for the 39-date tour, which has already taken in over $100 million in ticket sales.
In what’s already proving to be Beyonce’s year, she also plans to release her long-rumored joint project with hubby Jay Z before the end of the year.
