Mike Epps Posts First Picture as Richard Pryor
Production for the much anticipated Richard Pryor biopic is well underway.
Mike Epps, who plays Pryor in the film, gave us the first glimpse of what to expect with a photo of his transformation into Pryor posted to his Facebook page.
Epps beat out Michael B Jordan, Marlon Wayans and Nick Cannon for the part.
The film will delve into the life and career of the actor and his many accomplishments. The star studded cast includes Oprah Winfrey as Marie Carter, the brothel owner who raised Pryor, Kate Hudson as Jennifer Lee Pryor and Eddie Murphy as Pryor’s father.
