John Legend Throws Chrissy Teigen a Surprise 30th Birthday Party
Chrissy Teigen began her 30th birthday celebration a couple of days early on Saturday Nov. 28, at a surprise party hosted by her husband, John Legend.
The pregnant model and TV host, who is officially 30 today (Nov. 30), celebrated her 30th birthday surrounded by family and friends at New York’s Comedy Cellar.
At the event Teigen was serenaded by her husband as he led the crowd in “Happy birthday.” Legend also presented his wife with a huge cupcake creation.
The couple and their guests enjoyed a tasty, custom menu from famed chef David Chang’s restaurant group Momofuku, which included choices such as tuna tataki, pork buns, chilled spicy noodles and Korean fried chicken wings.
DJ D-Nice provided the music for the evening’s festivities. And the evening’s surprise guest? Dave Chappelle! Because you can’t throw a party at a comedy club without a headlining comedian, right!
Photos shared by some of the couple’s friends on Instagram show that the birthday girl was all smiles as she enjoyed her night with her baby bump on full display.
