Tina Knowles Marries Actor Richard Lawson

Tina Knowles’ long-time love Richard Lawson liked it, so he put a ring on it.

On Sunday, Beyoncé’s mom tied the knot with her beau on a 140-ft yacht off the coast of Newport Beach, California.

Beyoncé, husband Jay Z and 3-year-old daughter Blue Ivy were all in attendance. Solange, who tied the knot with Alan Ferguson, was also in attendance for the beautiful, all-white event.

Beyoncé shared a photo of the bride and groom on her website. In the pic, the beautiful bride dons an elegant white Romona Keveza gown with a gold belt and stands next to her groom, who looks handsome in an all-white tux.

This is the second marriage for Tina Knowles, who filed for divorce from Beyoncé’s dad and former manager, Mathew Knowles, in 2009 after more than three decades of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in 2011.

Her new husband, Lawson, is an actor know for his work on the soap opera All My Children and his role in the 1982 movie Poltergeist. Lawson was once married before and is the father of actress Bianca Lawson, who has had roles in Save the Last Dance and more recently had a regular role in ABC’s Pretty Little Liars.

Tina, 61, and Richard, 67, began dating in 2013.
