According to Variety, New Line Cinema is placing their sights on a buddy action-comedy film called Central Intelligence, which will star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kevin Hart as they embark into a world of international espionage.
Directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber (We’re the Millers), the film follows Hart as a former high school sports star-turned-accountant and Johnson as a former bullied and humiliated teen-turned-contract killer for the CIA.
Sounds like trouble…
Central Intelligence will go up against Pixar’s long-awaited animated sequel Finding Dory, which are both slated for a June 2016 release.
