Starz Reveals Trailer for ‘Power’ Season 2
Starz has released the trailer for Season 2 of their crime drama series Power, which returns this summer with ten episodes.
When last season left off, Omari Hardwick’s character Ghost found himself knee-deep in his relationship with his first love Angela Valdez (Lela Loren), a U.S. District attorney who is unknowingly investigating his drug empire. Meanwhile, Ghost’s plans to become a legitimate business man are jeopardized when his club is shutdown, forcing him to fully immerse himself into the same life he wants to leave behind. And to top things off, his relationship with his wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton) is falling apart.
This season the stakes seem to be even higher. Tasha knows about his affair with Angela, Angela is closer to finding out who he really is and his former mentor, Kanan (50 Cent), is fresh out of jail, and looking for revenge.
Omari Hardwick, Lela Loren, Naturi Naughton, and Joseph Sikora return alongside Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Andy Bean, Sinqua Walls, Adam Huss, Luis Antonio Ramos, La La Anthony, J.R. Ramirez, Debbi Morgan, Shane Johnson, and Enrique Murciano. Joining the cast are David Fumero as “Mike Sandoval” and Rotimi Akinosho as “Dre.”
