LL Cool J will be reprising his role as host at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, CBS announced Wednesday. This will make the rapper turned actor’s fourth consecutive year hosting, and this time around he will also serve as a producer.
In addition to announcing the host for the music industry’s most prestigious award ceremony, CBS also revealed the list of performers set to take the stage. Pharrell Williams, Usher and Sam Smith, will perform some of their best hits while Common and John Legend will sing Golden Globe-winning “Glory,” from the Oscar-nominated movie Selma.
Beyonce, Williams and Sam Smith lead the pack of nominees this year with six nods each, including album of the year. Iggy Azalea, Drake, Jay Z, Usher and are not far behind with four nominations each.
The 57th Grammy Awards will broadcast live on Sunday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. ET from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on CBS.
