Phaedra Parks Treats Sons to ‘Disney on Ice’
Phaedra Parks is making sure her children enjoy the holidays, even though their father, Apollo Nida, will be absent for the first time while he serves his eight-year jail sentence. The mother of two treated her sons Ayden and Dylan to Disney On Ice Presents Let’s Celebrate! in Los Angeles on Dec. 11.
Parks and her two young sons posed on the red carpet with Minnie Mouse before beginning a night of fun and adventure. The boys were dressed alike in red jackets, plaid shirts and black jeans. Meanwhile, mom looked great in a black leather jacket paired with black-and-white pants and black booties.
While at the event, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star gave an update on how she is handling taking care of her sons on her own and how she is dealing with her pending divorce.
“Everything is good!” she tells HollywoodLife.com. “I have wonderful parents, a wonderful team that is very supportive. It takes a village to be a successful mom. I have a great staff with great people that are very supportive.”
The reality star added, “You know, challenges make people who they are, makes you stronger! I have never really focused on certain challenges because at the end of the day, challenges lead to more success.”
