Kerry Washington to Star in Thriller ‘Unforgettable’
Kerry Washington is in talks to team up with director Amma Asante for the new thriller Unforgettable.
According to Variety, the film centers on a man whose new wife (Washington) is menaced by his ex-wife, expected to be played by Kate Hudson.
The deal is still in the early stages of negotiation, but sources say that all parties involved are determined to work a deal out for both Washington and Hudson.
Asante’s most recent film Belle, starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Matthew Good, captured wide attention. Unforgettable will make her third directorial effort with the film.
Washington can be seen next on Scandal when the hit ABC show returns on Jan. 29.
