Beyoncé Covers CR Fashion Book As Birthday Gift
Surprise, it’s Beyoncé!
The superstar featured on the fifth issue of CR Fashion Book, where she posed in flashy couture and teased “Drunk in Love” with a Chanel surfboard… surfboard, surfboard strapped to her back. It must have been a creative idea by fashion heavyweight Riccardo Tisci, who took part in creating the stoic black and white photograph.
Beyoncé flipped the interview process by writing a little 13 stanza poem of her own that loosely revolves around her deep connection to children. Of course the proud mommy of Blue Ivy revealed her daughter to be the source of her inspiration, saying:
The Grammy winner stunned on CR Fashion Book‘s No. 5 issue in a bright floral Yohji Yamamoto cape, paired with black heels and natural make-up.
According to New York Daily News, former editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris, Carine Roitfeld, will be releasing Queen B’s cover on her 33rd birthday as a gift to the superstar. To find out what Bey gave in return — check out September’s issue of CR Fashion Book when it hits newsstands next month!
