Little League sensation, Mo’ne Davis, made an appearance on The Steve Harvey Show to talk about her over night fame and show off a few dance moves with the host.
“Had the honor of meeting Mo’ne Davis today! Such a bright young lady,” Harvey commented on Facebook.
Thirteen-year-old Davis captured the nation’s attention when she lead her team to the Little League World Series, where she threw a complete-game shutout that earned even more praise. Davis made history by becoming the first female pitcher in the Little League World Series and the first Little League Baseball player to make the cover of Sports Illustrated.
While on the show, the two danced to throwback song “Jump on It,” but Harvey got a little too into the dance, causing Mo’ne to step back and laugh.
“She wanted to show me some of her moves during the commercial break… think I got a little carried away!!” Harvey commented in the video’s caption.
