Althea Eaton Sues Joseline Hernandez Over LHHATL Brawl

An out of control Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta brawl has triggered a lawsuit, and allegations that one of the cast members is on hardcore drugs.

Monday night, viewers saw a brief clip of a huge fight that went down at the reunion show, and Joseline Hernandez was at the center of it all. The fight began when Joseline left her seat to approach Althea and punched her in the face while she was seated. From there the chaos continued with more fights breaking out.

Because of the fight Althea Eaton has filed suit against her cast member, according to TMZ. In the suit, she claims eyewitnesses saw Joseline backstage smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe during the taping of the show. Althea believes Joseline was high when she attacked her.

According to lawsuit documents obtained by AJC, Joseline “began her assault by viciously punching Plaintiff in the face, then continued to hit and scratch her. Defendant then pulled Plaintiff to the ground where she continued to hit and scratch Plaintiff until security personnel were able to restrain her.” Eaton “suffered a black eye, abrasions to her face and arms, and extensive bruising to her arms and legs.”

The lawsuit then claims “numerous witnesses and media outlets have reported observing Defendant Hernandez smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe backstage at the LHHATL reunion show, and Plaintiffs believe that Defendant’s intoxication was a contributing factor to her violent and unprovoked assault of Plaintiff.”

Joseline doesn’t seem to be too concerned about the lawsuit. And judging by Instagram photos she posted, she seems to be proud of her actions. The self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess took to Instagram to share a series of photos from the brawl with captions like “When me n bay go to WAR” and another which was snapped before the brawl captioned, “Bay I got this [these] lames.”

There are no details about what Althea is seeking from the lawsuit, but interestingly, VH1, Viacom and Monami Productions are not named in the lawsuit.
