Damien Lillard Stars With Former Pro Athletes In Foot Locker Commercial

With the upcoming NBA playoffs around the corner, Portland Trail Blazers All-Star guard Damien Lillard accidently puts his foot in his mouth as the latest Foot Locker commercial pokes fun at ring-less sports legends

Lillard, who recently signed an eight-year contract with the show and apparel giant, starts the clip by saying he doesn’t want to end up like “one of those guys that never won a ring” on the phone. Unfortunately, he’d forgotten his invite to ring-less NFL legends Barry Sanders and LaDainian Tomlinson over to his house to watch the game. Trying to retract his statement, he ends up offending retire NBA stars Chris Webber and Karl Malone in the process.

“It was such an incredible opportunity to work with Barry, LT, Chris and Karl on Foot Locker and Adidas’ new commercial,” said Lillard. “I had so much fun working with these incredible sports legends.”
