Nick Cannon And Mariah Carey List Bel-Air Mansion For Nearly $13 Million
Nick Cannon and diva wife Mariah Carey have listed their Bel-Air mansion in California for nearly $13 million. The couple initially purchased the estate with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms in 2009 for almost $7 million, but is selling their home for nearly double the price due to their meticulous and lavish renovations to accommodate the duo’s “Glitter-y” lifestyle.
Each room in the mansion has a unique personality that incorporates old-world and traditional characteristics. Along with breathtaking views, the pad comes equipped with a movie theater, basketball court and a gym with a backyard pool and parking space for more than 20 cars. The “Aspen” room that Nick and Mariah use as a den can easily accommodate parties of several hundred of their closest friends.
