Pics: Celebs at “Black Girls Rock Awards” Red Carpet
Inspiration, girl power, glamour, and bling where the main words to describe the “Black Girls Rock Awards” that were taped at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark over the weekend.
Beverly Bond founded “Black Girls Rock!” in 2006 as a way to promote positive images of women of color. The 2013 ceremony is the eighth production and the fourth to be broadcast on television. BET Networks will air it Nov. 3 at 7 p.m.
