The upcoming movie ‘Luv’ with a star studded cast made up of Common, Michael Kenneth Williams, Charles S. Dutton, Meagan Good, Danny Glover and Dennis Haysbert is a drama which follows the story of an 11-year-old boy spends an entire day with his troubled.

Common, who plays the role of ‘Uncle Vincent’, is an ex-con trying to make a better life for himself. His nephew, ‘Woody,’ played by newcomer Michael Rainey Jr., tags along with him for a day on a business trip. But things turn for the worse and Woody and Vincent end up running for their lives.

In the trailer, Woody is seen being taught some skills by his uncle — like how to drive a car and how to shoot a gun. By the looks of the trailer, it seems like Common delivers a magnetic performance, unlike his previous movie roles. Check out the trailer below!
