Beyonce can’t seem to stop winning accolades. The pop superstar was recently named People Magazine’s Most Beautiful Woman of 2012. Her latest win: a journalism award.

Beyonce is set to take home a writing award from the New York Association of Black Journalists for a piece she wrote for the July 2011 issue of Essence Magazine.

In the award-winning story, titled “Eat, Play, Love”, Beyonce writes about a recent nine-month hiatus. According to Ms. Knowles, her time away from the spotlight helped inspire her creatively
