Drake Lists His Top 5 Favorite Hip-Hop Albums
Young Money artist Drizzy Drake selected his top five hip hop albums of all time in a recent interview.
Drake has been the center of attention in the hip hop community as of late. With his sophomore album, Take Care, set to hit retailers in just two weeks, The Source selected Drake to cover their upcoming issue.
As part of the magazine feature, Drake sat down with Kim Osorio to discuss his top five hip hop albums which includes the likes of Jay-Z, Clipse, Little Brother, Notorious B.I.G. and Outkast.
“[Jay’s] Black Album. Clipse, Lord Willin’. Uh, this is not an album, but The Little Brother/[Mick] Boogie mixtape [And Justus For All], that was like pivotal in my life. And then I would have to say, uh, I say [B.I.G.’s] Life After Death. And then I will say a toss up between The Love Below and Aquemini,” Drake said.
