Future took to Instagram earlier this week to tease his collaboration with Reebok – and by the looks of it, the striking sneakers could be released very soon.
Sharing multiple close-up photos of the sneakers, XXL reports that the “Mask Off” rapper gave his fans and followers the best detailed look of the sneaker collaboration to date. The shoe is said to be inspired by Reebok’s most popular sneakers, the Kamikaze II and the Instapump Fury. The ATL rapper and Reebok combined both silhouettes to create the high top trendy sneaker. According to XXL, the shoe is made of a smooth suede material with flecks of mesh and nylon on the canvas – with a pale purple colorway, the pair unveiled by Future features white accents on the midsole and metallic gold lace tips on the tongue.
This will be the second collaboration for Future and Reebok. Back in March, Future released his version of the Reebok Zoku Runner called The Freebandz x Reebok Zoku Runner. Named after the rapper’s record label, Freebandz, the shoe had a sleek look with the Freebandz branding at the liner, heel, and collar.
Although details on the latest collaboration have yet to be released by Future and Reebok, we can expect to see more collabs from the rapper and Reebok, especially after he inked a deal with the sneaker brand back in 2016.
