Future and Daughter Decide to Leave the Mask On During the 2017 BET Awards

The 2017 BET Awards red carpet was filled with many memorable looks and some that had us scratching our heads, however there’s one look in particular that had everyone very confused. During the 2017 BET awards red carpet, rapper Future took his hit “Mask Off” to the next level after arriving hand in hand with his daughter, Londyn, in blinged out masks.

The Atlanta native, who sported a black and orange jeweled mask covering his mouth, arrived alongside 8-year-old Londyn Wilburn, who rocked a similar black and gold mask. Future paired the mask with a sleek black tuxedo, while his daughter rocked the mask with an adorable champagne pink sequin dress paired with a red handbag.

As reported by TMZ, designers Marianna Harutunian and Xtina Milani were hired by the 33-year-old rapper to create three unique masks for him and his daughter, Londyn. Made from brass frames and Swarovski crystals, it was reported that Future spent $2,500 to $3,000 per mask. During the awards show, Future performed his 2017 hit “Mask Off” with a special appearance from Kendrick Lamar. In the performance, Future rocked another Bane-like mask made by Marianna Harutunian and Xtina Milani.

Future has three children in addition to Londyn: Jakory by Brittany Mealy, Future Zahir Wilburn by Singer Ciara, and another child by Jessica Smith.
