Attention Beyhive, it looks like we might finally be getting some answers.
Beyonce and Jay Z are reportedly planning to address all the questions and allegations that came to light after the release of Beyonce’s latest album, Lemonade, by releasing their long awaited joint album.
According to a report by Page Six, the effort is slated to drop as a TIDAL exclusive “very soon.” An insider said that it’s the couple’s way of addressing rumors. “Jay and Beyoncé were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after LEMONADE,” the source explained. “It’s more their style to respond through music.”
Fans went in a frenzy over claims of Jay Z’s alleged affair and tried to figure out who ‘Becky with the good hair’ could be after listening to Beyonce singing about a cheating partner. It has been weeks since the album’s release and we have yet to receive any answers, which has led to speculation about whether or not Jay Z was blindsided by the project and has also sparked divorce rumors once again. While the couple has made a few public appearances since the release, they have remained mum about the topic.
While neither Bey or Jay have officially confirmed the album’s release, or existence, rumors about the project have been around since at least 2014, when DJ Skee said that it was on the way.
