Lil Wayne Sorry for the Wait 2 cover

Despite the growing tensions between Cash Money and Lil Wayne and no release date for Tha Carter V, as promised, the rapper  released new his latest mixtape  Sorry 4 The Wait 2 on Tuesday (Jan. 20).

The 17-track effort features the Young Money head giving remixes to some of 2014’s most popular songs, including O.T. Genasis’ “CoCo,” Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot N—-” and Rae Sremmurd’s “No Type,” among others. Wayne’s mentee Drake shows up on the original track “Used To,” and Christina Milian, Wayne’s rumored girlfriend, lends her vocals to a “Drunk in Love” remix.

Lil Wayne’s newest mixtape is the follow up to the rapper’s July 2011 released Sorry 4 the Wait.
