The duo has worked together in the past, but Chris Brown and Justin Bieber are back in the studio making beautiful music together.

Bieber shared a black and white photo of the pair in the recording studio captioned: “Studio, me and CB did 1 for the fans.”

Their last duet was a track titled “Next To You” produced in 2011, but over the course of their friendship, the artists share more than music in their history; both have had multiple run-ins with the law.

Brown was recently released from jail (June 2) after serving 108 days of his 131-day sentence after violating probation; meanwhile, Bieber faces criminal vandalism charges following an egging of his neighbor’s property in January.

The damages cost nearly $20,000, but the final determination of whether the charge will be deemed a misdemeanor or a felony will be made this week, according to TMZ.

Speaking of vandalism, Chris Brown is encrow to selling his Hollywood Hills mansion after neighbors began issuing complaints about the graffiti artwork he painted on the house.

Nonetheless, it looks like the “Loyal” singer is getting back to business in the studio working on X, his sixth studio album, which has been on hold due to his legal troubles.

The release date for X has not been revealed yet, but check out Chris Brown and Justin Bieber in “Next To You” in the music video below!
