Tamar Braxton may be in some Love and War Lawsuit… Yikes!

A songwriter by the name of Emmi Kozulin filed a lawsuit against Tamar Braxton on claims that the singer stole one of her songs, which is featured in Braxton’s latest album.

Kozulin claims she co-wrote “One on One Fun” with Angela Hunte, who gave the song to Braxton for her album Love and War. Kozulin admits Hunte had rights to license the lyrics to the song, but says Braxton crossed the line when she used vocals from Kozulin’s version without permission.

As co-writer of the song, Kozulin is demanding 50 percent of the royalties… plus unspecified damages. However, according to Braxton’s rep, the “fight is between the writer and producer” and has nothing to do with Tamar.
