Ever since Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were featured on the cover of Vogue, responses have varied from hilarious mock-ups to people flat-out threatening to cancel their subscriptions. It seems as though everyone has put in their two cents, but supermodel Naomi Campbell beautifully demonstrated a lesson we all learned as children – if you don’t have something nice to say, then don’t say anything at all.

When a host on Australia’s “The Morning Show” asked the 43-year-old model of her thoughts on the infamous cover, she politely refused to comment before bursting into a fit of laughter. After all, Campbell is a veteran to Vogue magazine as she has graced the cover more than a few times.

“I’m a fashion model and I’ve been working for 28 years… and when you get a Vogue cover, it’s a build in your career. It’s a stepping stone to achieve that.” When prodded to see if she felt the couple hadn’t earned their right to be on the cover, Campbell continued to respond carefully by accrediting Vogue editor Anna Wintour the right to put whomever she pleased as the cover of her magazine.”

Way to go, Naomi! You can see more of her poise as judge on a reality show called “The Face,” which guides contestants from all over the world through a series of assignments every week.
