The Jacksons Seek Out David Guetta For New Album

According to Page Six, The Jacksons are hoping to enlist the help of producer David Guetta for their forthcoming album.

Jackie Jackson, who is currently touring with his brothers Jermaine, Marlon, and Tito, said that the group met with Guetta in Morocco to discuss him possibly contributing a few tracks to their next album. Jackson also mentioned that the group is looking to capitalize off of the popularity of hits like Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines”  by returning to that “old sound” that made them famous.

The Jacksons will be honoring Mowtown founder, Berry Gordy, in a performance during the Ebony Power 100 gala tonight at the Lincoln Center in New York. Gordy signed the brothers, including a then pre-teen Michael Jackson, as the Jackson 5 in 1968.
