O.J. Simpson’s Kendall Home Up for Auction Today

 O.J. Simpson Sentenced In Kidnapping, Robbery Trial

The South Florida property that imprisoned former NFL star O.J. Simpson called home for almost a decade, will be auctioned off today as part of a bank foreclosure issued by a judge.

Simpson’s lavish home that includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a swimming pool has been in foreclosure for nearly two years. The Kendall home is currently assessed at a value of $481,000.

According to court documents, Simpson owes more than $796,000 in principal and interest on the property. Other owed fees included nearly $42,000 in unpaid property taxes and $43,000 in insurance premiums.

Simpson was acquitted of killing ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman in 1995.

Simpson remains behind bars in Nevada for charges of armed robbery and kidnapping of two sports memorabilia dealers in 2008.
