Chris Brown Expected To Appear Court Hearing On Felony Assault Charges

Chris Brown Visits BET's "106 & Park"

Chris Brown is expected to appear in court this afternoon, Oct. 28, for felony assault charges filed over early Sunday morning near Washington hotel. The Grammy-Award winning R&B singer allegedly attacked a 20-year-old man after he photobombed a picture Brown was posing with two female fans. Police identified the man as Isaac Adams Parker of Beltsville, who claimed the entertainer went ballistic and punched him in the face, breaking Parker’s nose and knocking him to the ground.

The alleged victim was hospitalized and treated for his injuries at a local hospital. Parker also said that Brown also exclaimed, “I’m not into that gay ****” and “I feel like boxing” before the altercation broke out.

Christopher Hollosy, Brown’s 35-year-old bodyguard, was also reported to have stepped in between the fight and punched Parker in the face; Hollosy was also charged with felony assault.

Brown was already on probation for assaulting his on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. His probation was briefly revoked earlier this year after a hit-and-run charge was dropped against him, but the judge gave him 1,000 more hours of community service when he reinstated his probation. This altercation could possibly send Brown to the slammer!
