The Weekend Previews Debut Album

Going against doctors orders, The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, previewed his highly anticipated debut album, “Trilogy,” at New York City’s Terminal 5 on Thursday night.

The three-disc set consists of his previous releases, House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence, with the addition of a few new tracks. The Weeknd’s OVOXO brother Drake makes an appearance on “The Zone” while rapper Juicy K is slated to add his vocals
to “Same Old Song.”

The normally soft spoken and low key performer took time to meet with the media at his first major media meet-and-greet which took place after the show. While he refused to speak openly about “Trilogy,” he spent the evening signing autographs and snapping pictures with media and fans.

“Trilogy” is set to hit stores on Nov. 13.
