Bobby Brown Arrested for DUI for Second Time this Year

Bobby Brown was pulled over and arrested early Wednesday morning after failing a field sobriety test. This is his second DUI arrest in the past seven months.

According to police, the former husband of the late Whitney Houston was pulled over shortly before 1 a.m. on Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana, California, about four miles form his Encino residence.

“He was pulled over for a traffic violation and based on the officer’s observations, he was arrested and booked for driving under the influence,” Sgt. Pablo Monterrosa with the Los Angeles Police Department told the Daily News.

“He failed a combination of the field sobriety test and the breathalyzer. It sounds like he was cooperative,” Monterrosa said.

The singer spent time in rehab this summer as a part of a plea agreement for his March DUI arrest.

Brown was booked and released on $25,000 bail shortly after his arrest.
