Good Times Added To TV Land Line Up

TV Land will launch the ground-breaking comedy Good Times to the network with a 48-hour marathon beginning Saturday, July 23 at 6 a.m. (ET/PT). Developed by Norman Lear, the sitcom was a spin-off from the hit series Maude and made its mark in television history as one of the most unforgettable comedies of its time. Good Times will air in its regularly scheduled timeslot of 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. Mon.-Tues; Thurs.-Sun. beginning July 25.

“Good Times had a truly tremendous impact on our culture and has remained a beloved show,” states Larry W. Jones, President, TV Land and Nick at Nite. “It drew attention to controversial issues from an African American perspective, yet at the same time delivered comic relief.”
